Where we ship

We currently ship exclusively to research institutions and accredited laboratories within the European Union. We do not ship outside the EU at this time.

Processing & delivery times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery within the EU generally takes 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on destination. You'll receive tracking details by email once your order ships.

Packaging

All compounds are shipped lyophilized (freeze-dried) in sealed vials, packed with appropriate insulation and discreet, unmarked outer packaging. Products should be refrigerated promptly upon receipt and stored per the accompanying handling instructions.
